SIAA and Master Agencies Meet in Boston

October 12, 2016 – Hampton, N.H.:  SIAA, Inc. – the largest Alliance of Independent Insurance Agencies in the country – will host representatives from its 49 Master Agencies and more than 20 Strategic Partner Companies beginning today in Boston.

According to SIAA Chairman & CEO Jim Masiello, “We are excited to host our 42nd semi-annual business meeting where we bring our Master Agencies and Strategic Partners together.  This model of facilitating access between our national alliance of independent agents and our Strategic Partner carriers is what makes us unique and has worked for over 20 years through virtually all conditions – soft and hard markets, economic downturns and extreme competition.  When we come together, there is real opportunity for face-to-face dialog regarding trends, industry conditions, and the means for continuing our shared success.”

More than 300 attendees will participate in this three-day event, held at the Marriott Copley Boston.  In addition to one-on-one meetings between Master Agency owners and Strategic Company Partners, attendees will participate in breakout sessions across the spectrum of experience level, including topics that range from compliance and procedures to marketing and social media.  The main goal of each session is to share skills and tactics agencies need to be successful both personally and financially.
